How to Make Zesty Spicy Chicken Fra Diavolo Pasta

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and let it rest.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Then, add the canned San Marzano tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
  • While the sauce simmers, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook your chosen pasta until al dente, typically around 8-10 minutes.
  • Slice the rested chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add the sliced chicken to the simmering sauce, then toss in the cooked pasta.
