Cooking Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Sauté the spinach in olive oil until it wilts, adding garlic towards the end.
  • Combine ground turkey, sautéed spinach, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, thyme, sage, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Spread the turkey mixture onto parchment paper into a rectangle, layer cranberry sauce on top.
  • Roll the turkey tightly into a log using parchment paper, pinching the ends to seal.
  • Place the roll seam-side down in the baking dish and bake for 50-60 minutes.
