  • 1 each Boneless Turkey Breast Fresh without skin
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For searing
  • to taste Black Pepper

For the Broth

  • 2 cups Chicken Broth Low-sodium preferred
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Low-sodium recommended

  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary

  • Start by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic. Gather all your ingredients together.
  • Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the boneless turkey breast until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Transfer the seared turkey to your slow cooker. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, followed by chicken broth and soy sauce.
  • Sprinkle dried thyme, rosemary, and freshly cracked black pepper over the top of the turkey.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Let it cook for 6-8 hours.
