Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. If your shrimp is frozen, ensure it's thawed and peeled.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off a whole garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for about 30 minutes.
  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Add shrimp, cooking for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
  • Pour in heavy cream, stir to incorporate flavors.
