  • Sauté Tofu: Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat, add tofu cubes, and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Add Aromatics: Add minced garlic and freshly grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add Veggies: Toss in chopped bell peppers and broccoli florets, stir-frying until crisp-tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Create Sauce: Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice in a separate bowl, then pour over the tofu and vegetables.
