  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley fresh, chopped

  • 1 package Puff Pastry Sheets thawed

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Then, stir in the onions and garlic, sautéing until they're fragrant and translucent.
  • Next, toss in the sliced mushrooms. Cook them until they start to release their moisture (approximately 3-4 minutes). Mix in the heavy cream along with thyme, salt, and pepper to create a creamy filling.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets. Cut them into 4x4-inch squares, ready for filling.
  • Take a spoonful of the savory mixture and place it in the center of each square. Fold the pastry diagonally and pinch the edges securely to seal in all that delicious filling.
  • Arrange the filled pastries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake them in your preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are beautifully golden brown and puffed up.
