  • Beat the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs together in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.

  • Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and roll them in powdered sugar until coated.

  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
