How to Make Irresistible Maple Bourbon Pecan Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together maple syrup, bourbon, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Place the seared chicken in the baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with pecans.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
