  • Slice the Beef: Carefully cut the beef sirloin against the grain into thin strips, about ¼ inch thick.
  • Marinate the Beef: Place the sliced beef into a resealable bag or mixing bowl. Pour the marinade over, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Sauté the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook the marinated beef in small batches for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
