Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Prepare the Ham: Place the ham flat side down in a roasting pan. Score the surface in a diamond pattern.
  • Make the Glaze: In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple or pineapple juice until smooth.
  • Apply the Glaze: Brush half of the glaze over the scored surface of the ham.
  • Bake and Baste: Place the ham in the oven, baking for about 15 minutes per pound and basting every 30 minutes.
  • Rest: Allow the ham to rest for 20-30 minutes after baking.
