  • Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Add your ramen noodles, cooking them until they're al dente (about 3-4 minutes). Once done, drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, letting it cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Then, toss in the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and opaque, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning, stirring it with the shrimp for about 30 seconds.
  • Next, add the chicken broth and soy sauce to the skillet. Allow this mixture to simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Gently fold the cooked ramen noodles into the skillet, mixing everything thoroughly until the noodles are warmed through.
