  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme fresh thyme or rosemary can be used
  • to taste salt and pepper

How to Make Irresistible Creamy Sweet Potato Green Bean Bake

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Peel and cube your sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut into manageable pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes and green beans. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until sweet potatoes are fork-tender.
  • If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
