  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Wooden spoon

Ingredients

For the Pasta

  • 12 oz Linguine Pasta Fresh or dried options both work beautifully.

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Ensure good quality for rich flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Extra virgin is recommended.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced for aromatic kick.

For the Flavor

  • 8 oz Smoked Salmon Opt for high-quality for best result.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill Can substitute with parsley if needed.
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed to brighten flavors.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Finely grated for topping.

Instructions

Directions

  • Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring to a boil. Cook the linguine until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, about 1 minute.
  • Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream. Stir constantly as it simmers for 3-4 minutes.
  • Fold in smoked salmon, lemon juice, and chopped dill, stirring until warmed through.
  • Add the drained linguine, tossing together with reserved pasta water until sauce is creamy.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the dish and toss to combine before serving.

Notes

Consider adding a splash of white wine to the sauce for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
