  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 3 stalks Chopped Green Onions reserve some for garnish

  • Mix Base: In a large bowl, combine canned corn, creamed corn, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, Jiffy mix, melted butter, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
  • Season: Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste, mixing thoroughly.
  • Transfer & Bake: Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Cool & Serve: Allow the casserole to cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with reserved green onions.
