Instructions

How to Make

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips until smooth.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the unsweetened cocoa powder and granulated sugar until blended.
  • Mix the chocolate-butter mixture into the dry ingredients, gradually adding in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
