How to Make Creamy Dreamy Roasted Broccoli Cauliflower Soup

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Chop your broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets, then toss in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
