  • 400 grams Shrimp large, deveined
  • 200 grams Mushrooms cremini or button, sliced
  • 200 ml Heavy Cream high-quality
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 100 grams Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, cooking for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the deveined shrimp into the skillet, cooking until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to blend. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the cooked tagliatelle to the skillet, tossing it with the creamy sauce. Incorporate freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Plate your creamy shrimp and mushroom tagliatelle and finish with freshly chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
