  • 4 cups Fresh Green Cabbage
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Sliced, use your favorite variety

  • 3 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce Can substitute with teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger Grated
  • 3 stalks Green Onions Chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Optional, adjust to taste

  • Prepare Ingredients: Press tofu between paper towels, then cut into cubes. Chop vegetables.
  • Sauté Aromatics: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Cook Tofu: Add cubed tofu to the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
  • Add Vegetables: Mix in chopped cabbage and sliced bell peppers, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
  • Incorporate Sauce: Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired. Toss everything together and let flavors meld for 1-2 minutes.
  • Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
