  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

  • 12 ounces Egg Noodles wide noodles recommended

  • 4 cups Beef Broth low-sodium preferred
  • 1 cup Sour Cream do not substitute with yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika smoked paprika recommended

For the Vegetables

  • 8 ounces Mushrooms sliced and fresh
  • 1/4 cup Parsley fresh, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  • Brown the Ground Beef: In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Sauté Onions and Garlic: Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pot; cook until onions are translucent, about 3 minutes.
  • Add Mushrooms: Stir in sliced mushrooms; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Cook Pasta: Pour in beef broth and add egg noodles; bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Create the Sauce: Stir in sour cream and paprika; mix until combined and creamy, about 1 minute.
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the beef while cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
