Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Wash and cut 2 pounds of potatoes into even chunks.

  • Spread seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  • In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the potatoes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
